  • German distributor Intergroove has filed for bankruptcy. The Offenbach-based company was founded in 1995 and employs around 40 staff. It looks after more than 300 labels, including Ministry Of Sound, Minilogue, Get Physical, Leftroom and Sushitech. As Musikmarkt report, the company's managing director, Ralf Reichert, says Intergroove will continue distributing records and CDs. "We will do everything we can to clean up the company of insolvency and continue Intergroove," he said. The news arrives just days after it was revealed that UK distributor STHoldings would cease trading at the end of July.
